2010 - Part 2

Halloween:

after we got back from Paris. it was the first time i actually did something special with a pumpkin. we had a little carving party and birthday cake...Thanksgiving: Kr and Ma and Pe came up from Jersey. we made all the fixings and explored a little more of Boston. Pe enjoyed the Children's museum, well, so did we!!



Snowboarding: Nashoba Valley and Mount Sunapee

Nutcracker: closer seats, tradition - also in 2009
Decorating the house: a real tree, a wreathe on the door, and nativity scenes around the place. i love having a home reflecting the spirit of the holiday!

Wreathe Making party at church - i was apart of a women's chorus and sang a solo at this event. it is a long-standing Arlington ward tradition and i got to make my own wreathe.
Christmas in Oklahoma: we (including Dinah) spent Christmas with my parents and Em in their house in Norman. it was nice to spend a couple days with them and explore Oklahoma City more. my mom went out of her way to make it special for us and made up a beautiful table runner! we even spent time signing around the piano on Christmas eve and made some of my favorite meals. what a special time celebrating a special event!

New Years: we spent this time having a romantic evening alone on living room floor, eating a cheeseball, toasting with sparkling grape juice, and welcoming the new year!
