food poisoning

oh man, this one was rough - ever ate something and the next day you couldn't do anything? yeah that was my day yesterday. i woke up in the middle of the night and just couldn't stand it. one of the most horrible experiences of my life. you can just quess the that day i wasn't able to make it to clinic and felt horrible missing it. i did make it to class though, but had a heck of a time trying to not focus on my stomach. amazing how an SSW lecture can not take you away from the nagging pain/gurgling in your gut. truely a rough experience. it wasn't all bad though because a certain friend was having the same experience. we chatted all day about our 'experience' and it was truely lovely to share it. although i never wish anything like that on anyone, i think it brought us closer together. sharing experiences is always a good way to bring two people closer together.
