Catch up...

sorry i have not written in awhile, but these past few months have been crazy. i am almost done with school, and wrapping things up is very time consuming! since i last wrote so much has happened with school and with relationships and with south fl and with EVERYTHING...lol - it's funny how that happens... you know, you can look back not even 4 months and BAM - tons have happened and you are a different person. you keep going, no matter what.

with school: i was accepted to mass. eye and ear infirmary in boston!! i am finishing up my last clinic sites and then heading up to boston at the end of june. i really didn't do much to get this placement - just sent in the application and talked to the guy on the phone. they checked up with my references, and then just called me - out of the blue. i was so excited and really accepted right away. i know it will be a great placement - its the ent/opt teaching school for harvard - why wouldn't it be great!!

relationships: i am still with wes and we are totally closer than ever. he is helping me move to boston and wanted to go with me, but i want him to finish his classes here first. he's not particularly ready to take that step anyway. i am going to miss him like crazy... he is going to meet my mom - that should be exciting - i hope things go ok....

south fl: well, now that i am leaving here, i really don't want to go. i am used to the heat - the crazy summer nights - the nutzo drivers - everything... it's amazing what three years will do. a place really does become your home after awhile...i will miss the palm trees the most and the beautiful way the ocean looks at night...

everything else: my parents are moving again... i was really upset at first, but have now gotten used to the fact that nothing stays the same in my family. people are always moving - coming - going... whatever!! i do have a hard time adapting to change - its just a character flaw i have... i freak out at first, but eventually end up going with the flow. i like control...

well i guess that's about it - i have to get back to packing... moving is ridiculous!!
