Oh, where to begin! I feel that a lot has happened but that nothing has been done! It's funny as I write this on my new iPhone sitting on my bed watching Bug drift in and out of sleepyland with workers tearing apart our house, that I am weirdly happy... Maybe it was the actual sleep I got last night as John took Mathew duty, or maybe the cuddleness of my son, or the fact that my house will look better after all this work is done! Who knows. 
August around here has been pretty good. We are settling more and unpacked for the most part. There is still lots to do and boxes and messes to be organized, but I have come to realize I have three years to make this a house. I am good for right now. My recent focus has been decor for Bug's room! I/we (as John has been home - for the most part) have been doing a name display with cardboard and scrapbook paper and a 6 Be's canvas
art with cut-out letters and mod podge.
I have also been working on switching my license just in case I need it or get to do volunteer work on the boat. I have gotten a HUGE itch to work but Bug needs me here. It would be something small and VERY part time if anything. Well I will add some cute pictures so you understand what we have been up to!! We are settling in and getting out (last night we went to Machinaw City) and meeting new people!!  So yeah... It won't be all that bad!
